China's three Operators plan to decline investments this year

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's 3G investment reached 143.5 billion yuan in 2009.

" Telecom investment to decline this year is a foregone conclusion." a source from a Equipment manufacturer said.

According to an insider of China Telecom, in the conference of China Telecom, Chairman and CEO Wang Xiaochu said investments of 2010 will decline as much as 20 billion Yuan.

Until July 2009, China Telecom has completed 3G network construction nationwide.

Since 2009, China Mobile's investments has been slipped, fall from 136.3 billion yuan in 2009 to 133.9 billion yuan.

compared with China Telecom and China Moible, China Unicom's network construction task need more time, but Chairman Chang Xiaobing did't reveal the investment situation.(By Rosa)
