China Mobile has started to suspended charging services to all WAP business partners since November 30, 2009, but it has not stopped visit access to WAP sites. Currently, the telecom carrier has no further neatening measures.

CCTV exposed porn mobile phone Web sites at the end of 2009. After that, China Mobile decided to suspend charging services to all WAP sites. The move made great impacts on many service providers because WAP revenues are important to service providers.
