ZTE Corp launched 3G modems supporting mass market mobile TV in Brazil enabling viewers to view up to 13 DTV channels including sports, news and entertainment, Brazil’s largest mobile operator, Vivo and Siana Mobile Silicon are partnering ZTE in this initiative.

The data card makes use of Siano’s SMS1130 multi-standard receiver chip, which supports the Brazilian Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting - Terrestrial (ISDB-T) DTV format. The card is compatible with all standard notebooks, netbooks, and desktop PCs.
